Scheduling, availability, and engagement structure are determined based on the nature of each service and may be governed by a separate client agreement.

Cancellations and Rescheduling:

Specific cancellation, rescheduling, and attendance policies may be defined in advance as part of the client agreement. Where such terms exist, they take precedence.

Where no specific agreement is in place, the following default policy applies:

  • Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited

  • Missed sessions without prior notice may not be rescheduled or refunded

Ongoing engagements require coordination and adherence to agreed timelines and communication standards.

7. Outcomes, Guarantees, and Engagement-Specific Terms

Stronghold Advisory LLC operates within environments shaped by market dynamics, organizational constraints, and individual execution. As such, outcomes cannot be universally guaranteed.

General advisory, coaching, and career-related services do not guarantee:

  • Employment or job offers

  • Promotions or compensation increases

  • Specific career outcomes within a defined timeframe

However, exceptions may apply.

Certain services—particularly recruiting engagements or specialized advisory mandates—may include defined outcomes, performance conditions, or structured guarantees. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Candidate placement guarantees or replacement provisions in recruiting

  • Defined deliverables or outcome-based milestones in consulting engagements

  • Structured objectives aligned with specific advisory scopes

Any guarantees, commitments, or outcome-based provisions are:

  • Explicitly defined in a separate written agreement

  • Limited to the scope of the specific engagement

  • Subject to clearly stated conditions, including client participation and external factors

Where such agreements exist, they override the general provisions outlined in this section.

Our role is to introduce structure, clarity, and strategic alignment. Where guarantees are offered, they are deliberate, conditional, and contractually defined—not implied.

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Engage professionally and in good faith

  • Follow agreed processes and timelines

  • Apply guidance with independent judgment

We reserve the right to terminate services in cases of misuse, misrepresentation, or inappropriate conduct.
